Rob Yates is the Executive Director of the Centre for Universal Health at Chatham House, and Director of its Global Health Programme.
Rob Yates is a political heath economist with a special interest in the role of behaviour in human health. He has worked across several
cultures and language groups for the WHO, DFID and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. His expertise covers the analysis of peoples’ health behaviour and choices, including the translingual and transcultural propagation and consumption of disinformation and extremist views. He is a Visiting Associate Professor at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a long-term consultant to The Elders on UHC. Formerly Rob was:
